Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing any product or subscription through the Made in USA Certified® platform or the Veritize™ platform (wk.miusa.one or wk.verity.one), the client explicitly accepts these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and waives any conflicting terms of their own. Any derogation must be agreed to in advance and in writing by an authorized officer of Made in USA Inc. or Verity One Ltd.
Subscription Services & Payment
All plans are billed monthly. Invoices are due upon issuance. Made in USA Inc. accepts payment via credit card, ACH, and approved cryptocurrency gateways. In the event of non-payment within 7 days of the due date, Made in USA Inc. reserves the right to suspend access to all platform services without prior notice. A late fee of 1.5% per month may be applied to outstanding balances.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time purchases only. No refunds are issued for partial months, blockchain certificate issuances, Made in USA certification fees, or custom setup work already completed. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Scope of Services
Made in USA Inc., operating through Verity One Ltd., provides Made in USA certification verification, AI Discovery compliance scanning, certification, and monitoring services as described in each product plan. Services are delivered on a best-efforts basis. Made in USA Inc. does not guarantee specific rankings, citations, or outcomes from third-party AI engines, including but not limited to Google, Bing, ChatGPT, or Perplexity, as these are governed by policies outside our control. Made in USA certification determinations are based on FTC guidelines and documented evidence provided by the client.
Blockchain Certificates
Blockchain-anchored certificates issued through the Veritize™ platform are recorded on the Polygon network and are immutable once issued. Certificate data reflects the domain's or product's compliance status at the time of issuance. Made in USA Inc. and Verity One Ltd. are not liable for any changes in compliance status that occur after issuance. Clients are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of underlying certification data.
Made in USA Certification Standards
Made in USA Certified® certification is issued based on FTC-aligned standards for domestic manufacturing claims. Certification does not constitute a legal opinion, regulatory approval, or guarantee of compliance with federal, state, or local laws. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring their products and claims comply with applicable law. Misrepresentation of manufacturing origin to obtain or maintain certification will result in immediate revocation without refund and may be reported to applicable regulatory authorities.
Intellectual Property
All Veritize™ platform software, scoring methodology, AI Discovery Standard, Made in USA Certified® marks, certificate designs, and related intellectual property are the exclusive property of Made in USA Inc. and Verity One Ltd. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use platform outputs and certification marks solely for their own business purposes, subject to continued active certification status.
Limitation of Liability
Made in USA Inc. and Verity One Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Withholding & International Taxes
Clients located in jurisdictions that apply withholding tax are solely responsible for remitting such amounts to their local tax authorities. All invoiced amounts are due to Made in USA Inc. in full, without deduction for local tax obligations.
Claims & Disputes
Any claim against Made in USA Inc. or Verity One Ltd. must be submitted in writing to legal@verity.one within 30 days of the event giving rise to the claim. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nevada.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States of America. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Made in USA Inc. and Verity One Ltd. operate under the principle that TRUTH MATTERS®. We are committed to accurate, verifiable, and transparent service delivery. Clients are expected to provide accurate domain, product, and business information. Submission of false information — including misrepresentation of domestic manufacturing origin — will result in immediate termination of service without refund and may be referred to the Federal Trade Commission or other applicable authorities.
